Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hours notice required for cancellation of any services
  • 48 hours notice required for holiday cancellations
  • If 24 hours notice is not given, a 50% rate will be charged
  • Bookings for a week or more require at least one week notice and a 50% non-refundable deposit
